Previously Ali Larcombe-Fish performed the Business Manager role in two schools, where she experienced first-hand the management of school business administration, the role of school leadership teams and the operations of two different multi-academy trusts. Prior to this, Ali was a Senior Manager at Accenture, where she gained over ten years experience in planning and implementing business transformations across Financial Services and FMCG sectors. Ali typically performed the business project lead role for these transformations, which involved change management, process changes and systems implementations. Ali graduated from Aston University with First Class Honours in International Business and French. She was awarded the NCSL Diploma in School Business Management in 2011 and holds certificates from AAT as well as CIPFA (Academy Financial Reporting). Ali has served as both a clerk and a parent governor at two local schools, giving a broader perspective of the challenges and stakeholders within the education arena.
